At Move Shoot Move Photography Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, mounts, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated service center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
